Fulfillment Process

Send us your inventory
Have your inventory shipped directly to our warehouses in bulk. We store it in our warehouse, where it can be easily located, picked, and packed. Within 48 hours of receiving your products, they will be in the system, shelved and ready to ship.

Picking
The moment your customers place an online order our system allocates it from your available inventory. We can quickly locate the products in our warehouse, gather them, and carefully pack them, according to your specific requirements to best meet your customers’ needs.

Packing
Our experienced teams carefully scan and assure each item is correct, and then pack them in durable boxes with high-quality materials so it arrives whole and intact to your customer. Once securely sealed, the shipping label is attached and scanned; your inventory levels are updated; and tracking numbers are generated.

Shipping
Your packages is loaded into the carrier's trucks for delivery to your customer. From there, both your customers and you can track orders. We customize the shipping service to meet your needs, helping to minimize transit time and keep shipping costs down.

Returns
Even when orders are 100% accurate and delivered on time, sometimes people change their mind or change their circumstances and you have to process a return. We receive, inspect, and restock returned items to your inventory according to your instructions.
